Blindwalk
2020 / A critical design installation about trust and technology.

Blindwalk is an interactive art installation that embodies a critical view on aspects of trust and accountability when dealing with technology.
The installation is inspired by classic trust games, and has built-in bugs to make the participants question who truly owns the responsibility when our technology acts in unintended ways.

Reflections
Blindwalk continues to be one of the most fun concepts that I have ever worked with. Were I to continue working on the project my focus would be on the balance of trust and betrayal and the negative emotions created by failure when participating in the installation. I would also like to keep exploring how to further expand the aftermath of the installation and the final “explanation” of what the installation is exploring.
